The full name of LCP plastic is Liquid Crystal Polymer， is a new type of polymer material, which generally appears as liquid-crystal in its molten state. This type of material has excellent properties of heat resistance, electrical insulation and molding processing.

LCP film is a very ideal 5G high-frequency and high-speed circuit board substrate, which can be widely used in 5G mobile phone antennas, camera soft boards, laptop high-speed transmission lines, smart watch antennas, etc.

Printed circuit board ( PCB ) application examples：

Two types of products:：

High temperature resistant LCP film is used for the substrate of high frequency transmission flexible PCB and antenna CCL.

     Low melting point LCP film is used for multi-layered circuit boards’ covering and bonding (used with high temperature resistant LCP). 

LCP product thickness specifications: width 530mm, thickness: 25μm, 38μm, 50μm, 100μm.
